The Kappa Omicron chapter of Theta Xi fraternity was founded at Lenoir-Rhyne University in 1950 as a Kappa Sigma Kappa fraternity chapter and was merged into Theta Xi fraternity in 1962. The chapter moved into this current home in 2013. The house includes a total of six residential rooms with accompanying bathrooms that can house up to 13 brothers, a shared chapter room, a shared living room and kitchenette.
