All of the wood furniture is included: bed, dresser/closet, desk and desk chair; as is the case for all on-campus housing. The unit is furnished with a microwave, full size refrigerator, sofa, coffee table and TV in the living room, as well as bar stools, pantry and cabinets for storage in the kitchen area.
