This handsome house with its wraparound porch sits on College Street near the Franklin Environmental Center at Hillcrest. From the humble windows and porch of this house, which itself used to house the environmental program, you can see what the program expanded to next door.
Today, the building is used for faculty offices, but in the past it has also served as a faculty home, student housing, and the offices of the award-winning Middlebury Magazine.
