      Serrano Village is home to up to 440 first-year students. SV is within walking distance to the San Manuel Student Union, University Hall, Jack Brown Hall, CSUSB Coyote Garden, and more. Each Serrano Village building has five wings, double and single occupancy rooms with gender-specific bathrooms located in the hallways. Each SV community is two stories with amenities on each floor available for all residents in the building. The first floor has a lounge with television, laundry room, trash and recycling room, and a gender-neutral guest restroom. On the second floor, residents share a lounge with television, white board for studying, kitchenette with a community refrigerator, and study room.
