Dietetics Lab
UW-Green Bay is home to one of the nations' leading Nutrition Science/Dietetics Programs. Nutrition Science is an exciting and growing field which uses food as medicine to promote health and prevent and heal disease throughout the lifespan. Students of nutrition science study nutrients at the molecular level, analyze current nutrition research, learn how to counsel and educate the public, and solidify their culinary skills.
Our students learn using the latest equipment and techniques, including a new culinary medicine lab, a part of the Brown County STEM Innovation Center on campus.
