Located next to Village Square within Serrano Village, the Housing Annex Office is available during normal business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm) to assist with and respond to housing facilities and maintenance needs. A key drop box is also located at the Annex Office for residents needing to return keys upon their checkout from Housing. Housing and Residential Education (DHRE) offers maintenance service 24 hours a day for emergencies, and all other requests are serviced during normal business hours. If you have a maintenance emergency after hours and/or during the weekend, students may contact the RA on Duty for their area.
