It is connected to Physicians Pavilion through a sky bridge on the 3rd floor and to the OHSU Hospital through a sky bridge that extends over SW Sam Jackson Park Road. It connects from the 3rd floor in Sam Jackson Hall to the 11th floor of OHSU Hospital.

Sam Jackson Hall has some patient clinic locations. It also houses administrative and academic offices as well as Sam's Café on the 2nd floor.
Patients with appointments in Sam Jackson Hall should use Parking B.
