The southbound lane of Halket Street heading from Fifth Avenue to Forbes Avenue is closed during the construction of the new Fifth and Halket building. The adjacent sidewalk is also closed.
The northbound lane from Forbes to Fifth and the adjacent sidewalk remain open.
