Simmons Hall, located in the South Housing Area, was built in 1948 and houses approximately 700 first-year and upper-class students participating in the Schreyer Honors College program. It is a traditional residence hall, housing students in double rooms and featuring a communal bathroom on each floor. Supplemental Housing is located throughout the building.
