   1. Bursar - Tuition Billing

      The Bursar's Office is part of the Office of Business and Finance, which is located on the lower level of the Administration Building in the Enrollment Services Office. 
      
      The Bursar can assist students with processing tuition payments, understanding their semester bills and setting up payment plans. Payments can be made online or on campus in the Business/Finance Office Monday through Friday from 8:15 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

      HOW TO PAY MY TUITION BILL?

      The Bursar’s office manages all aspects of the student account for all students at Penn State and can answer any questions regarding your student account.

        • Online payments by eCheck and credit card are posted to the student account immediately.
        • Mail student payments to:
