      1. Nielsen Physics Building

         The Nielsen Physics Building, named for late physics department head and Dean of Liberal Arts Alvin H. Nielsen, was constructed in 1960. The sculpture on the building, by art Professor Philip Nichols, represents the forces physicists study.
