      1. Cowan Cottage

         Cowan Cottage, a restored 19th-century cottage next to Strong Hall, opened in 2017. Once home to the gardener for a Victorian estate that stood on the site, Cowan Cottage is UT's oldest Victorian-styled building and domestic residence.
