Dobo Hall is named in honor of brothers Gabriel William Dobo and Robert Ridgely Dobo, Wilmington College alumni, whose vision in establishing two private water companies furthered the growth and development of New Hanover County. Their professional accomplishments were marked by innovation and dedication to service and water quality.
