      1. A Startling Whirlwind of Opportunity

         This 25-foot tall swirling aluminum spiral has low-energy LED lighting elements. Installed in 2009, it was made possible by a gift from alumnus Wilton F. “Chick” Hill, an investor who earned a UT engineering degree in 1973.
