    1. Williams Hall

The fall of 2017 marked a major renovation of the 138-room Williams Hall, a $5.9 million freshman housing update. Located on the south end of campus, the double-occupancy Hall includes a first-floor community kitchen and game room, multiple study spaces and gathering spots, natural light and inviting, open common areas throughout its four levels. Named after Jacksonville University Trustee Charles J. "Hickory" Williams, the Hall was among the original five housing structures. Now distinguished by its sleek surfaces, clean lines, and contemporary style, Williams Hall is also recognized as the former home-away-from-home of President Tim Cost, Class of '81.
