This portion of First Street is currently closed to through traffic, due to Middletown Borough maintenance work.
Follow posted detour signage through the Olmsted West Parking Lot to access the main Olmsted Parking Lot.
Access to the Olmsted ADA Parking Lot will remain available during this phase of the project. Detour signage will be in place to assist with traffic flow.
