        Jane Pinchin Hall is a 100-student residence, featuring three upper floors of double rooms and study lounges. The first floor and ground level are dedicated to seminar rooms, classrooms, offices, and social lounges.

        The residence is named for Colgate's first full-time female faculty member, Jane Lagoudis Pinchin, who during her tenure also served on separate occasions as the university's as interim president and interim provost and dean of the faculty.

        Sustainability Highlights LEED Gold Building

        Colgate is committed to green building design and construction. Several buildings on campus are Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Certified. LEED is a globally recognized standard for the design, construction, and operation of sustainable buildings. Colgate's green building standards specify that all new construction and major renovations must achieve LEED Certification.
