      The university acquired the former BellSouth (AT&T) Building through a gift-purchase agreement in 2002 to house an array of predominantly administrative units. The 7.5-acre property includes two buildings totaling nearly 285,000 square feet, a surface parking lot with 725 spaces, and a 253-space parking garage.
