Rodney G. Higgins Hall
Rodney Gonzales Higgins was a professor and head of the Department of Social Science and Chairman of Political Science. Higgins Hall houses the Nelson Mandela College of Government and Social Sciences, Departments of Sociology, History, Criminal Justice and Social Work.
