The Nipissing University and Canadore College Archives and Special Collections is a professionally staffed, 1500 square foot Category A archives. Offering 1.2 linear kilometres of secure, climate controlled record storage and a reading / staff work room, the archives selectively collects, preserves and makes accessible records that have significance to the history of North Bay and area, Nipissing University, and Canadore College. With items dating back to 1639, archival records can take the form of manuscripts, rare books, film and video footage or primary source materials intended to support the research and learning of our faculty, students, staff and community members.
