- Faculty and Staff with a valid N or H permit.
- Faculty and Staff with any other Fac/Staff permit between 3pm and 7:30am Monday through Thursday and Friday after 3pm until 7:30am Monday.
- Students with a valid permit between 5pm and 7:30am Monday through Thursday and Friday after 5pm until 7:30am Monday.
