The Newcomb Quad is adjacent to the Berger Family Lawn and lies in front of Newcomb Hall. It is surrounded by live oak trees and is a great spot to lay out and read, get some sun, or play sports. These live Oak Trees were transported from Newcomb's original campus as saplings and are still growing strong 100 years later. These beautiful oaks provide pockets of peaceful shade around a quad that is open for playing sports or laying out.
The Newcomb Quad is currently home to the temporary School of Architecture Pavilions NQ1, NQ2, NQ3, NQ4, NQ5. These pavilions will be removed when the renovation of Richardson Memorial Hall is complete.
