If you're a student at Tulane, you may have befriended one of the many campus cats in your time here. Students affectionately name the campus cats and often stop to give them a pet on their way to class.
Mickey, commonly known as Cow Cat, was one of the most infamous campus cats. He passed away in 2017. There is now a memorial to him next to the live oak outside of Richardson Building, where his little house used to be. Spot Cow Cat on the map and remember his comforting presence on campus.
Many campus cats continue his legacy by roaming around campus today.
