            Newcomb Institute is located on the third floor of The Commons. 
             

            Newcomb Institute is the largest academic Gender Equity Institute in the world, built from a women’s college and today catalyzing and guiding multi-disciplinary research and scholars focused on gender equity. 
            
            

            The Newcomb Institute is dedicated to shaping the future by educating students to promote gender equity. Its mission encompasses developing leaders, finding solutions to persistent gender issues, and offering students opportunities to integrate their studies, research, and community engagement in collaboration with faculty. Through initiatives supporting student research, advocating for gender-integrated curricula, creating community-engaged service-learning courses, and hosting women leaders on campus, the Institute actively contributes to advancing gender equality.
