The Dining Room at Malkin Sacks Commons is Tulane’s state-of-the-art dining facility, which occupies two floors and offers multiple dining platforms across 10 stations, with each station featuring a rotating menu of local and international cuisine. With more than 1,000 seats for eating, studying, and conversation, the Dining Room at Malkin Sacks Commons fosters community and builds relationships.
Tulane Hospitality has created menus designed to accommodate the needs of all diners. True Balance, offered on the Second Floor of The Commons, provides safe and delicious food for customers with food allergies, intolerances, or other special dietary needs. True Balance offers freshly prepared proteins, vegetables and carbohydrates made without wheat, soy, milk, eggs, fin fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame.
