The Unified Green project is a new university initiative to create a unified central green space in the heart of the uptown campus while also strengthening our stormwater management system.
This will seamlessly connect two of the campus’s most cherished outdoor spaces, Newcomb Quad and Berger Family Lawn. This expanded green space will provide more room for walking, gathering, and relaxing beneath the oak canopy. As the fourth and final phase of a multi-year initiative to enhance the pedestrian and overall campus experience, the Unified Green will include flexible seating and event-friendly areas.
