The Waterside neighborhood is home to Larsen Health Center, The Springs assisted living, and Connected Living – which offers a secure, home-like setting for residents with cognitive impairments. At the community’s entrance, the Welcome Center is home to our Sales and Marketing offices as well as the Shell Point TV studio.
