Completed in 1989, the Residential College (ResCo) is a coed residence hall with suite-style living—two rooms with a bathroom in between—in four wings. Each wing has a full-time faculty-in-residence who eats with students in the dining hall, participates in intramural events, and hosts various cultural and educational events for residents in their wing. At the center of ResCo is one of two campus dining halls, which is open Monday-Friday for breakfast and lunch. Other features of ResCo include: air-conditioned rooms; kitchenettes with stoves on second-floor wings; microwaves and sinks on each wing; laundry room; study rooms; computer lab; game room featuring separate air-hockey, foosball, ping-pong, and pool tables; TV room with big-screen television; conference rooms; piano room; and front-desk operations.
