The Diboll Complex / Parking Garage houses Counseling and Psychiatric Services (CAPS), Tulane University Police (TUPD), and is the main parking area for the uptown campus.

Parking in Diboll is available to commuter students, faculty, staff, and guests. *Note--first, second, and third year students living on campus are not allowed to park on the uptown campus. Residential students with permits can park only on floors four to six.
ADA parking is located on ground level and next to the elevator on each of the six floors of the garage.
